About Janice Swenor, CFP(R)

Janice’s experience, education and maturity have prepared her well for her work in the personal financial planning arena. She is a college graduate with a master’s degree in engineering and an MBA from Boston University. She has completed Boston University's Program for Financial Planners and holds the CFP® designation. Prior to starting Langtee Associates, Janice worked as a Planning Associate for The Garnet Group (formally Smith Rapacz, LLC), a Fee-Only financial planning and wealth management firm specializing in high net worth individuals, located in Boston Massachusetts. Janice also has several years of operations management experience in fast-moving high tech corporations. She has traveled extensively throughout the world, developing relationships with employees, suppliers and customers from all walks of life. Her corporate operational, financial and management experience, broad educational background and varied life experiences help her build strong relationships with others. “Choosing an advisor is one of life’s most important decisions,” says Janice. “It requires a level of trust before the process can go forward. The client must feel comfortable sharing personal financial information and concerns. In a world that is constantly changing, our clients benefit significantly from the coaching and advice they receive working with us.” Janice has been part of the Westminster community for 35 years. She resides with her husband Clay, a Firefighter/EMT for the Westminster Fire Department. Both are actively involved with the community - Janice provides pro-bono Financial Coaching services to cancer patients and their families at the Dana-Farber Cancer Center in Boston in addition to consulting the Leominster United Methodist Church Endowment Fund Committee. |
